Celest Fest was a powerfully transformative weekend with small groups, vocal/singing workshops and circles, grief ritual, contact dance, ecstatic dance, an angel wash, brilliant performances, and nourishing food all preparing for the total eclipse of 2024. After 10 minutes of silence going into totality, the field filled with ecstatic gasps as the moon eclipsed the sun and we took off our glasses to witness the glory and power of the alignment. It was a great honor and absolute joy to lead this epic song from Sophia Efthimiou following that! I hope to someday share video of the group singing to each other. It truly was a highlight of the weekend and of my life!
