The Directorate for Entrepreneurship and General Studies (DE&GS) intend to create linkages and strong interest with the incubation centres and students (Incubatees) through the use of:
- Students Entrepreneurship enrolment and mentorship
- Activity Report (Period of Incubation - 36months). i.e; Date of Commencement, Proposed Activities, Requirement, Actions
- Progress Report (Period of Incubation - 36months). i.e; Date of Commencement, Activities, Achievements, Challenges, Next Action
- Intent Form for Grant/ Seed Fund
- Follow-up Evaluation Form from 1-12 months (Post Incubation Form);
NB: The forms will be filled by the coordinators' electronically with the intention to query the database for;
- How many tenants are currently in the incubation program according to centre
- How many start-ups have graduated from the incubation centres
- How many start-ups that graduated from the centre are still active
