Welcome to South-East Incubation Centre (SEIC). The Centre is charged with serving the NOUN students in entrepreneurship and general studies, focusing on creativity, innovation, and lifelong learning. The SEIC coordinates the activities of NOUN students as it relates to entrepreneurial and general studies within the South East Geographical Zone namely: Abia. Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu, and the Imo States. The Centre was established in November 2017.
