Mr Mansur holds Master of Environmental Management, (2012), BSc. Sociology, Upper Second Class Honor (2009) respectively from (Bayero University Kano and M.Sc. Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution (in view) from the National Open University of Nigeria. Also, he has a Certificate in Computer Maintenance & Repairs (2004) from Pyramid City Computer Institute (formally Salfucom), National Diploma in Business Studies (2002) Kano State Polytechnic (School of Management Studies), Diploma in Desktop Publishing (2002), Venture Creation and Growth Certificate from Dangote Business School, Bayero University Kano (2019). He is the pioneer Zonal Coordinator of North West Incubation Centre that was established in April 2018 and by rank Assistant Registrar at NOUN. Prior to the post of Coordinator, I have worked in different capacities at the Study Centre level; the Coordinator, School of Postgraduate Studies, National Open University of Nigeria, Kano Study Centre, Sauna-Kano 16th November 2016 to 27th December 2017, Coordinator of Practicum in Science Education, National Open University of Nigeria, Kano Study Centre, Sauna-Kano 29th December 2016 to 27th December 2017 and Interim Works/Maintenance Officer, National Open University of Nigeria, Kano Study Centre, Sauna-Kano 23rd November 2016 to 24th July 2017. He also attended much training in different areas relating to capacity buildings and entrepreneurship locally and virtually. He has a special interest and skills in ICTs, entrepreneurship, ethnographic research, social problems and peace studies and conflict resolution. Mr. Mansur is currently the Coordinator, North West Incubation Centre, Directorate for Entrepreneurship and General Studies (DEAGS), and aTeam Leader of the Committee on Entrepreneurship Week of the Directorate.
